GENERAL >> This is a simulated online horse game; nothing here is real, and everything is based 
on the imagination of the club members. We have Copyrights in place to protect our 
creative rights, original ideas, designs, and all website text and graphic artwork.

CURRENCY >> All forms of currency utilized within the game is simulated (fake) and is meant only 
for entertainment purposes (players will not give or receive real cheques or cash in any form). All
simulated money and bank accounts are meant to be used in-game for members only. No funds or 
game items are transferrable or creditable to any other other company, business, group or organization.

GAMEPLAY WEBSITES >> All gameplay sites, establishments, horses, and transactions are meant ONLY 
for entertainment purposes, and are only to be used for El Caballo Sim (the online game). All businesses 
and shops are fake/simulated and meant for entertainment only, they do not provide any sort of actual 
income for the players or members, and are meant to be ONLY used for El Caballo Sim (the online game).

CREATED/BRED HORSES >> All horses (created or bred) for the purpose of this game are considered the 
property of El Caballo Sim, and in the case of a member leaving the game for ANY reason (including 
quitting or membership being terminated) the horses will remain in the game system, and either auctioned 
or sold or claimed by the remaining members, without exception. This is to ensure a complete and 
easily-managed database system, and to maintain the high quality and overall integrity of the game, 
as well as minimize effort and time for the hard-working Administrators and Staff of EC.

PHOTOGRAPHS >> All photographs used by members of this game are assumed to be: a) the personal 
property of the member who is using the photograph (they are the original photographer or copyright 
holder), or b) obtained with permissions from the original photographer or copyright holder. El Caballo Sim 
(including but not limited to the creators, management, staff, moderators, and administrators) assume 
absolutely no responsibility for any/all copyright infringement committed by members or affiliates of the 
game against another party. Any person or company wishing to pursue copyright infringement actions 
does so against the offending member specifically, and not towards the El Caballo Management. 

SIMILARITIES >> Any similarities to real life people or horses are deemed completely coincidental. Every 
effort has been made to ensure that this game is in no way intruding on any real-life person or company's 
well-being (use of real-life horse in the game, or use of a real-life and well-known stable name, as an example).

CONTACT >> Please contact the Administration of El Caballo Sim if you have any grievance whatsoever with 
anything on our website or the actions of any game member. We will do everything within our power to stop 
abuse, copyright infringement, or inappropriate behaviour displayed by any of our members.
